Data collected
Through the application form: name, artist or studio name, email, country, links to social media and works, information about experience and projects, preferred payment formula, and any information freely added in text fields. Also the campaign parameter of the link used to access the page.
Purposes
- Assessing applications and selecting creators. - Contacting applicants about their application and a possible collaboration. - Sending the confirmation of receipt email.
Legal basis
The applicant's consent and pre-contractual measures taken at their request (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
Recipients
Data is accessible only to the MIDNIGHT HORROR SERIES team at GESHMARK. It is hosted by our technical providers: Supabase (database), Resend (email delivery), [WEBSITE HOST]. It is never sold or transferred to third parties.
Transfers outside the EU
Some providers may process data outside the European Union. Such transfers are governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Retention
Applications that are not selected are kept for 24 months from the last contact, so we can reach out about future projects, and are then deleted. Data of selected creators is kept for the duration of the collaboration and the resulting legal obligations.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights: contact@midnight-horror-series.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
